A credit card number is required to secure a booking.
Two weeks' notice is required for cancellations are required otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
This includes a cancellation of an individual within a group booking.
As a courtesy to all our clients bookings are completed as scheduled therefore we recommend that you arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to check in, change and relax before beginning your day spa experience. Arriving late will reduce the time allocated for the use of the spa facilities or treatment. Prices are subject to change.
